Learn how to check the status of sent documents in DocuSign for SharePoint Online.
1. Click DocuSign or click the ellipsis (three dots) menu to scroll to DocuSign and choose Check Status.
2. A dashboard shows the status of each envelope sent from the document library. The possible status values are:
Draft, Waiting for Others, Completed, Declined, and Canceled. These statuses automatically update. For envelopes with a status of Completed, a PDF file with the signed agreement is stored in the specified folder. By default, this is the DocuSign Documents folder in the originating library.
3. To view a specific envelope, select View in the corresponding row.
A PDF version of the completed documents opens.
