With DocuSign eSignature for SharePoint Online, you can use a template to prepare an envelope directly from the document library.
1. Click DocuSign or click the ellipsis (three dots) menu to scroll to DocuSign and choose Use a Template.
2. Select the template you want to send from the list. You can also use the search field to find a template.
3. Select Continue. The Prepare Envelope page opens in a new DocuSign window. The envelope is pre-filled with the information from the template.
4. Review the envelope. Make any changes or additions to recipients, messages, or fields and select SEND.
